Therefore, as the power source for the operation of the laminating machine, the maintenance and protection of the electric motor is an important part of the maintenance process. Correct operation and rational use of the motor will extend the service life of the laminating machine, provide a higher utilization rate for the laminating machine, and save you some costs. When using it, you should pay attention to the following points. 1. Sort out clutter, remove dust and dirt from the motor, clear away nearby debris, and keep away from flammable and explosive materials. II. Before starting, check whether the machine is rotating smoothly, whether it is stuck or blocked, and whether the belt connection is normal; if there are any abnormalities, do not continue to start the laminating machine. III. The voltage during startup should conform to the rated voltage. It is not advisable to start the laminating machine with excessively high or low voltage; the general voltage value should be around 5% to 10% of the rated voltage. 4. If the motor malfunctions, the power must be cut off and it cannot be used continuously; professional personnel should be sought for repair. The amount of film used by the laminating machine during lamination is mainly related to the operational level. Suggestions: 1. The products to be constructed must be straight. Uneven paper with "lotus leaf edges" and "tight edges" must be processed. Paper with "lotus leaf edges" can be baked, while paper with "tight edges" can be hung out to dry. 2. The imprint must be completely dry before applying the film, otherwise blistering or fuzzing may occur. 3. During printing, try to minimize powder spraying, otherwise powder accumulation may lead to voids and bubbles. Before laminating, remove the powder spray. For large print runs, hang the material to dry to remove the powder; for small print runs, manually wipe off the powder. 4. When laminating, attention should also be paid to the direction of the paper grain, especially for thick paper, to reduce the phenomenon of bending caused by rolling and stretching. Additionally, the temperature is generally controlled between 40 and 60℃. Too high a temperature can cause deformation of paper and film, resulting in bent products, but it cannot be too low, otherwise the viscosity will be inadequate. The temperature for copperplate paper should be slightly lower than that for offset paper. The lifespan of a motor still depends on standard operation in daily use and timely repairs. As long as proper operation, protection, and maintenance are maintained, it ensures the long-lasting use of the laminating machine. Of course, the maintenance of other parts is also very important.
